Department Celebrates “70” Years of Service

2011 – This year marks the 70th Anniversary of our Organization. Back in November, 1940 a group of residents banded together to form the Fire Department, and in March 1941, the Hi-Nella Fire Company No.1 was incorporated and established as the agency to provide fire protection to the Borough of Hi-Nella.

Our Department is the oldest serving agency in Hi-Nella, with a long standing history of service and community support. We thank the residents for their many years of support, and we will continue to do our part towards the betterment of the community.
